Netcall plc (AIM: NET) a leading provider of end to end customer engagement software solutions, was informed today that as of 23 July 2014, Charles Stanley Group plc, the holding company of Rock (Nominees) Ltd, was beneficially interested in a total of 6,846,687 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company. This represents approximately 5.0% of the issued share capital of the Company.
