Gartmore Investment Management plc ("Gartmore") Netcall plc was notified on 9 October 2006 that as at 6 October 2006, Gartmorehas increased its interest in the Company following a sale of 1,300,662 ordinaryshares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and then subsequentpurchases of 1,300,662 Ordinary Shares and 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares. Accordingly, Gartmore is interested in a total of 9,747,846 Ordinary Shareswhich represents 14.77% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital. 2. UBS AG The Company was notified on 10 October 2006 that as at 6 October 2006 UBS AG,had an interest in 2,800,000 Ordinary Shares representing 4.24% of the Company'sissued Ordinary Share capital.
