Grant of Options
Netcall plc (AIM:NET), a leading provider of callback, auto-messaging and contact solutions, announces that on 7 June 2011 it granted the options ("Options") over ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") set out in the table below to certain directors of the Company ("Directors"). In addition, the Company also announces that on 7 June 2011 Mr. Henrik Bang, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, surrendered for cancellation the 400,000 Options he held under the Company's EMI scheme.

The new Options were granted under the Company's 2011 Long Term Incentive Plan and have an exercise price of 5 pence. The new Options are exercisable from 7 June 2011 to 1 January 2017 and are subject to certain vesting criteria based upon performance of the Ordinary Share price up to 55 pence.
Following the grant of the new Options, the total number of Ordinary Shares under option held by the Directors which could be issued if all of the performance criteria are met is 15,770,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximatly 12.9 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
