Netcall plc (AIM: NET), a leading customer engagement software provider, announces that on 1 December 2016 Michael Jackson, a Non- Executive Director and Chairman of the Company agreed to sell 100,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") to Michael Neville, a Non-Executive Director of the Company at a price of 55 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Transaction").
Following the Transaction Mr Jackson and Mr Neville are now interested in 700,000 and 582,548 Ordinary Shares respectively, representing 0.50 per cent. and 0.42 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
