Directors' Dealings
Netcall plc (AIM: NET), the leading provider of Low-code and customer engagement software, today announces that Michael Jackson, Chairman and PDMR of the Company, has purchased 280,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 34 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Mr Jackson holds 1,480,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each, representing 1.03 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.
