Director Shareholding
Netcall plc (AIM: NET), a leading provider of Low-code and customer engagement software, announces that Henrik Bang, CEO of the Company, has today purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, at a price of 30 pence per Ordinary Share. These shares were purchased through his Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP).
Following the purchase, Mr Bang holds 4,743,889 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each, representing 3.28 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
