Exercise of Options, Director Dealing & Total Voting Rights
Netcall plc (AIM: NET) a leading provider of end to end customer engagement software solutions, announces that it has applied for the admission to trading on AIM of a total of 13,454,167 new ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") issued following an exercise (the "Exercise") of options over Ordinary Shares by directors (the "Directors") and other employees of the Company on 26 March 2014.
These new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares and admission is expected to be effective on 2 April 2014 (the "Admission").
Directors' Dealings
Following the Exercise, and on the same day, the Directors subsequently sold a total of 7,586,111 of these new Ordinary Shares, each at a price of 54 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Sale"), principally to fund the income tax and national insurance liabilities arising on the Exercise, as set out below.

Total Voting Rights
The Company advises that, following the issue of the new Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Exercise as set out above, the Company's issued share capital is 138,801,993 Ordinary Shares (including 1,869,181 Ordinary Shares held as treasury shares). Therefore the Company's total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 136,932,812.
The above figure of 136,932,812 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
