The Company was notified on 18 December 2015 that on 16 December 2015, John Glencross, a director of Neptune-Calculus Income and Growth VCT plc, purchased 23,810 Ordinary shares in the Company at 42 pence per share for a total consideration of £10,000.20. Mr Glencross' resultant interest in the Ordinary shares of the Company is now 109,752 shares, representing 0.97% of the Ordinary shares in issue.
It was also notified on 18 December that on 16 December 2015, David Kempton, a director of Neptune-Calculus Income and Growth VCT plc, purchased 23,810 Ordinary shares in the Company at 42 pence per share for a total consideration of £10,000.20. Mr Kempton's resultant interest in the Ordinary shares of the Company is now 98,940 shares, representing 0.87% of the Ordinary shares in issue.
