NCC Group plc (LSE: NCC or "the Group") has advised that on 2 September 2010 the Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) listed below were granted the following shares pursuant to the options awarded to them under the Group's Long Term Incentive Plan.
