Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons
NCC Group plc(LSE: NCC or "the Group") announces today, in accordance with DR3.1.4R, that on the 28 May 2010, the persons named below, who are classified as Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") or connected persons, sold in aggregate 162,981 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 385 pence per Ordinary Share.
The respective beneficial interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Group following the transaction is set out below:
