PRE-CLOSE TRADING UPDATE Northbridge Industrial Services plc, the industrial services and rental company today issues the following trading statement in advance of its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2007 which are scheduled for release in the week commencing 10 March 2008. The group continues to see strong demand for its equipment in its Crestchic subsidiary. Current trading is in line with expectations and our order book as we entered 2008 was robust. We expect to see continued growth throughout 2008 and the level of enquiries for hire equipment has given us confidence to plan for further investment into our hire fleet. Our Azerbaijan subsidiary, RDS, which was acquired in September 2007 is also trading well and meeting our expectations.
