Northbridge Industrial Services plc, the industrial services and rental company, is pleased to announce that today Mr. Ash Mehta, the Company's Finance Director acquired 1,803 ordinary shares at 143.98 pence per share. Following this transaction, Ash Mehta is now the beneficial owner of 20,118 shares representing approx. 0.26% of the Company's total issued share capital.
