Directors Dealing
Northbridge Industrial Services plc, the industrial services and rental company, is pleased to announce that Mr. Peter Harris, Chairman, acquired 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company, Mr. James Gould, Non-executive Director, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company and Mr. Michael Dodson, Non-executive Director, also acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company all at a price of 120 pence per ordinary share on 1 December 2008.
Following these purchases Mr. Harris, Mr. Gould and Mr. Dodson now have the following beneficial interests in the Company:
