Directorate changes

The Company is pleased to confirm the appointments of Pierce Casey as non-executive chairman, Ben Felton as chief financial officer, Janet Cameron as executive director and Brian Stephens as non-executive director. Further details as required under Schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies are disclosed below.

Following the appointments, the board will consist of Pierce Casey (non-executive chairman), Andrew Garner (group chief executive officer and chairman of the search business), Sue O'Brien (group managing director and chief executive officer of the search business), Ben Felton (chief financial officer), Janet Cameron (group services director) and John Bartle, Richard Robinson, Bruce Lakefield and Brian Stephens as non-executive directors.

Mr Casey is an entrepreneur and private equity specialist with a successful record of involvement in the recruitment sector. Mr Stephens is a chartered accountant, with wide-ranging experience in private equity and mergers and acquisitions. Mr Casey is chairman and Mr Stephens is a director of Adelaide Capital Limited, an Irish registered private company which has to date acted principally as an investment office for Mr Casey's family interests, managing and structuring investments in public and private companies, real estate, treasury and alternative assets.

Ben Felton qualified as a chartered accountant with FW Stephens and then worked for UBS Investment Bank in the fixed income, currency & commodities division before joining the Company in January 2009 as finance director of Norman Broadbent, the trading subsidiary, and group financial controller.

Jan Cameron has been head of human resources and operations for the group since January 2006. Prior to joining the Company in 2006, she had been head of human resources for Homebase Limited and, before that, HR project manager for J Sainsbury plc for 14 years. She has been a lay member of the Reading Employment Tribunal since October 2005.

Other than Norman Broadbent plc, the Directorships of Mr Pierce Augustan Casey, aged 55, held during the five years preceding the date of this announcement are as follows:

Pierce Casey was a non-executive director of Century Car Rental Limited, at the time it was put into liquidation and of Lamont Holdings plc, at the time it was placed in receivership. Pierce Casey was also a non-executive director of The Hall of Names Limited within a year of its formal liquidation.

As a result of his participation in the recent subscription, Pierce Casey holds 2,222,222 ordinary shares equivalent to 28.79 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

Mr Benjamin Thomas Felton ACA, aged 29, does not currently hold any directorships other than Norman Broadbent plc and has not held any other directorships during the five years preceding the date of this announcement.

Other than Norman Broadbent plc, the Directorships of Ms Janet Cameron, aged 47, held during the five years preceding the date of this announcement are as follows:
