Announcement of Interim Dividend

The Board of North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC are pleased to announce that an interim dividend in respect of the 2022 financial year to 31 January 2023 of £0.20 per ordinary share has been declared by the Directors, payable on 24 February 2023 to shareholders of ordinary shares on the Company's register at the close of business on 27 January 2023. The ex-dividend date is Thursday 26 January 2023.
