Northamber PLC25 November 2005 Northamber plc Update on Trading The board of Northamber plc announces that it is experiencing the effects of the especially challenging trading conditions that are common across the sector.Following the Preliminary Results released on 21 September 2005, the Directorshave seen further continuation of the price erosion and tight marginsexperienced across the sector since the start of 2005. As a result, the Boardnow believes that if these trading conditions continue for what remains of thehalf year the profit before tax for six months ended 31 December 2005 will besubstantially below the previous years' interim figures. The Company's balance sheet continues to remain robust with no debt.
