Directorate Change

The Board of Northamber is pleased to announce some changes to the Board following the Company's strategic review and succession strategy planning. Henry Matthews has decided to retire after some 30 years with the Company and relinquish the role of Managing Director, with immediate effect, and the board is pleased to welcome John Henry as Operations Director.

John, originally a foreign exchange trader, joined the company nearly 20 years ago on the sales side of the business. John has served in Sales and General Management positions with the Company since 1992, most recently serving as General Manager of the Company, with company-wide responsibilities.

There are no other disclosures required pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13R sub-paragraphs (2) to (6).
