Northamber (AIM:NAR), announces that Jeremy Keefe, Group Managing Director, has today purchased a total of 1,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 41.50 pence per share.
Following the transaction, Mr Keefe's total interest in the Company is 1,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.004% of the Company's total issued share capital.
