Result of Annual General Meeting
The Board of NAHL is pleased to confirm that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held at 10am on 15 June 2022, all of the resolutions were passed on a show of hands. Full details of the proxy votes received from shareholders prior to the Meeting for each resolution are set out below.
The full text of each resolution was included in the Company's Notice of the Annual General Meeting posted to shareholders on 10 May 2022 and made available on the Company's website www.nahlgroupplc.co.uk.
