MySQUAR Limited ("MySQUAR" or the "Company")

Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, MySQUAR confirms that, as at the close of business on 30 October 2015, its issued ordinary share capital consisted of 187,784,668 shares of no par value each.

Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company as at 30 October 2015 was 187,784,668.

MySQUAR does not currently hold any shares in treasury and, therefore, the above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
