Acceleration of Sandabel draw-down facility

MySQUAR, the Myanmar-language social media, entertainment and payments platform whose principal activity is to design, develop and commercialise Myanmar-focused internet-based mobile applications, announces that Sandabel Capital LP ("Sandabel") has agreed to amend the terms of the draw-down facility announced on 30 September 2016.

Sandabel had agreed to subscribe for a Convertible Loan Note ("CLN") with an aggregate principal amount of up to US$1.0 million ("Notes"), specifying that following the initial drawdown of US$500,000, subsequent requests for drawdowns for an amount between US$100,000 - 150,000 must be served no earlier than 45 business days after the date of the first drawdown and each subsequent request for drawdown after that will be served no earlier than 20 business days after service of the previous request.

Sandabel has now agreed to waive the 45-day initial period, allowing MySQUAR to draw down US$150,000 on the line of credit within the next few days to provide additional working capital and in particular to support:

· Acceleration of the Company's planned mobile games launches;

· Repay part of the outstanding loan from Rising Dragon Singapore; and

· Supplementing the launch costs of new apps including Fastsell and the VoIP business
