Disposal of Shares
MySQUAR, the Myanmar-language social media, entertainment and payments platform whose principal activity is to design, develop and commercialise Myanmar-focused internet-based mobile applications, is pleased to provide an update to the announcement of 22nd October 2018 that MyPay Limited ("MyPay") no longer held a notifiable interest in the shares ("Shares") of the Company.
The Company announces that on 30th October 2018 MyPay disposed of its remaining holding in Shares so it is no longer a shareholder in the Company.
