MySQUAR Limited ("MySQUAR" or the "Company")

Total Voting Rights

MySQUAR, the Myanmar-language social media, entertainment and payments platform whose principal activity is to design, develop and commercialise Myanmar-focused internet-based mobile applications, confirms that as of 2 December 2016 its capital will consist of 222,565,621 ordinary shares with voting rights. On that date, MySQUAR held no ordinary shares as treasury shares and therefore, the total number of voting rights in MySQUAR was 222,565,621.

The above figure of 222,565,621 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
