Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, at 31 July 2016 the total number of Ordinary shares of 25p of the Company in issue was 127,712,613 with each share holding one voting right.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 127,712,613.

There are 837,463 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

The above figure (127,712,613) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
