Result of Annual General Meeting

Following the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company, which was held earlier today, the Board is pleased to announce that all ordinary and special resolutions set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting were duly passed.

Details of the number of proxy votes cast for, against and withheld will be published shortly on the Company's web site at www.midwynd.co.uk

A copy of the Company's Annual Financial Report for the year ended 30 June 2016, which contains the full text of the resolutions in the Notice of Annual General Meeting, was submitted to the National Storage Mechanism on 6 September 2016 and is available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM

As announced in the Company's Annual Financial Report, published on 6 September 2016, Mr Richard Burns has today retired as a Director of the Company following today's AGM.
