NOTICE OF ADJOURNMENT REGARDING AGM
The Company provides the following update to shareholders regarding the Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on 17 November 2020 (the "AGM"), which is being adjourned until 3 December 2020.
On Friday 23 October 2020, the Company issued notice of the upcoming AGM, to be held at the offices of Axio Capital Solutions Limited, One Waverley Place, Union Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE1 1AX.
Due to practical considerations surrounding the organisation of the AGM and the ability of shareholders to attend in person, the board of directors (the "Board") has decided to adjourn the AGM until Thursday 3 December 2020.
At no point either before, during or after the AGM will any shareholders be prevented from exercising their voting rights, to the extent they are entitled to do so under the Company's Articles of Association.
