SHARE DEALINGS 

The Company today announces that it was notified that on 6 July 2022 that Mark Brangstrup Watts sold 1.3 million Ordinary Shares in the Company, at a price of 94 pence per share.

Mark Brangstrup Watts now holds 3,183,282 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 5.61% of the Company's Total Voting Rights.

Mark Brangstrup Watts is a partner of Marwyn Investment Management LLP, the manager of the Company. Whilst Mark Brangstrup Watts is not a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") within the meaning of the UK version of Regulation (EU) 596/2014, as incorporated in the UK by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended in relation to the Company, he has voluntarily disclosed the information above to the Company, and the Company is voluntarily disclosing the information above to the market, as if he were a PDMR in relation to the Company.
