Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Board of Murgitroyd Group PLC announces that it received notification today that Christopher Masters, non-Executive Director of the Group, purchased a total of 4,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 532.5p per Ordinary Share, on 25 September 2015. 

Following this purchase, Christopher Masters is interested in 4,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04% of the current issued share capital of the Group.
