Murgitroyd Group PLC27 October 2006 Murgitroyd Group PLC ("Murgitroyd" or the "Group") Director/PDMR Shareholding The Board of Murgitroyd announces that it received notification on 27 October2006 that David Castle, a Director of the Group, sold 263 ordinary shares in theGroup at a price of 371.60p per share on 27 October 2006. The shares were heldin the joint names of Mr Castle and his wife, Eileen Castle. The beneficialinterest of David Castle following the disposal is 15,000 ordinary sharesrepresenting 0.181% of the total issued share capital of the Group.
