Air Music & Media Group PLC30 September 2005 Air Music & Media Group plc ("Air Group" or "the Company") Additional Listing and Holdings in Company As detailed in the Company's final results announcement on 14 July 2005, underthe terms of the acquisition of Redworth Limited in October 2004, furtherconsideration has been made on a performance related basis satisfied by theissue of 130,276,185 new ordinary shares ("Consideration Shares"). Application has today been made for the Consideration Shares to be admitted totrading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. The Consideration Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary sharesof the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 5 October 2005.
