Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth and asset management business, announces that at 31 May 2024 the Company's capital consisted of 52,010,569 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company at 31 May 2024 was 52,010,569.

The above figure of 52,010,569 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Mattioli Woods under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
