Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth and asset management business, announces that at 30 March 2024 the Company's capital consisted of 51,938,022 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company at 30 March 2024 was 51,938,022.
The above figure of 51,938,022 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Mattioli Woods under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
