Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth management and employee benefits business, announces that on 18 September 2015, Bob Woods, Chairman of the Company, sold 500,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 617.16 pence per share. Bob Woods now holds a beneficial interest in 2,573,703 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 10.3% of the Company's issued share capital.
In addition, the Company has today been informed that, Mark Smith, Executive Director of the Company, and Joanne Lake and Carol Duncumb, both Non-Executive Directors of the Company, have traded shares as follows:
