Directorate Changes

Mountview Estates P.L.C. announces that Tony Solway will step down, on 31 March 2019, from his role as Non-Executive Chairman and from the Board in the light of the results of the voting at the AGM and EGM in 2018. Tony Powell, currently a Non-Executive Director, will become Deputy Chairman with immediate effect and will assume the role of Acting Chairman on Tony Solway's departure pending the search for a suitable replacement. There are no other proposed changes to the Directors' roles. Further announcements will be made as appropriate.

Duncan Sinclair, Chief Executive Officer of Mountview, said:
