Board Changes
Mountview Estates P.L.C., the property trading company, is pleased to announce the following directorate changes and Board appointment.
On 30 June 2015, John Fulton will be stepping down from his current roles as independent non-executive Chairman and as a Director of the Company to pursue other interests. To succeed him, the Company has appointed Mr Anthony Christopher John ("Tony") Solway to the Board as an independent non-executive Director with immediate effect. He will take over as non-executive Chairman with effect from 1 July 2015.
Commenting on the appointment, Duncan Sinclair, Chief Executive of Mountview, said:
"We would like to thank John Fulton for his nine years of service and are delighted to welcome Tony Solway to Mountview. He has had a long and distinguished career in the City and his experience and expertise, most notably as Director, CEO and Chairman of various companies, will be a great addition to the board."
There are no disclosures in respect of LR 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the FCA's Listing Rules.
