Metal Tiger plc (AIM: MTR) announces that SPARK Advisory Partners Limited has been issued with warrants to subscribe for 1.5 million new ordinary shares in the Company as part of their engagement. These warrants are exercisable at 1.5p each at any time over the term of two years from today's date.
