Mitie Group plc (the "Company") - Block Listing Application
The Company announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 2,341,931 ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List.
It is expected that admission will be granted on 29 July 2021 and trading will commence on 30 July 2021.
The Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to the following scheme:

The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued Shares.
