METALS EXPLORATION PLC
Metals Exploration plc (AIM: MTL) ("Metals Exploration" or the "Company"), the natural resources exploration and development company with assets in the Pacific Rim region.
BOARD CHANGES
The Company announces that Mr Edward Parsons has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company and Mr Julian Wilson has been appointed a non-executive director, effective as of 1 August 2013. Mr Wilson was nominated as a director by Solomon Capital Limited in accordance with the Subscription and Shareholders' Agreement which completed on 5 April 2011.
Mr Julian Graham Wilson, aged 38, is also a director of Evida Consulting Ltd.
Mr Wilson confirms he holds no shares in the Company and there is no further information to be disclosed in accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
