Significant Shareholding
Metals Exploration plc (AIM: MTL) ("Metals Exploration" or the "Company"), a gold producer in the Philippines, has been notified of the sales of the Company's ordinary shares of £0.0001 each ("Ordinary Shares") by Mike Langoulant, Chief Financial Officer and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") of the Company, and Andrew Chubb, Non-Executive Director of the Company, the majority of which were purchased by an entity associated with the Company's second largest shareholder, Drachs Investments No 3 Limited ("Drachs").
Mike Langoulant sold 2,166,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of £0.0652 per share and Andrew Chubb sold 2,500,000 Ordinary Shares at £0.0675 per share. The table below details Messrs Langoulant and Chubb's sales of Ordinary Shares and their resultant interests in the voting share capital of the Company:
