Marshalls plc announces that Janet Ashdown, Senior Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee of the Company, has been appointed to the Board of Stolt-Nielsen Norway AS, an international shipping company specialising in Chemicals movements, as a Non-Executive Director. The appointment is effective from 15 April 2021.
