The 2021 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Melrose Industries PLC (the "Company") announces that its Annual Report and financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2021 (the "Annual Report"), Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "AGM"), and Form of Proxy for the AGM have each been sent to or otherwise made available to shareholders and are available to view or download from the Company's website at https://www.melroseplc.net/investors/.

The Company's AGM will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 5 May 2022 at Butchers' Hall, 87 Bartholomew Close, London EC1A 7EB.

The Company confirms that, in compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, an electronic copy of each of the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2021, Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy for the AGM have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, appointed by the Financial Conduct Authority, and will be available shortly for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
