The Company announces that it has been informed that Matthew Gregory, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 9,740 Ordinary Shares of Ā£0.001 in the Company (the "Shares") on 2 August 2024 at a price of 510 pence per Share. Following this transaction, Mr Gregory now holds an interest of 26,410 Shares, representing approximately 0.0020% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares).
