Notification and Public Disclosure of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility
The Company announces that Ross McCluskey, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, purchased 3,667 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 in the Company (the "Shares") on 25 June 2026 at a price of 474.96 pence per Share. In total, Mr McCluskey now holds an interest of 25,101 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
