The Company announces that it has been informed that David Lis, Non-executive Director, today purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares of 160/7 pence in the Company (the "Shares") at a price of 484.756 pence per Share, and 10,000 Shares at a price of 481.852 pence per Share. Following this transaction, Mr Lis now holds an interest of 169,350 Shares, representing approximately 0.013% of the issued share capital of the Company.
