The Board of the Company received notification today that Chris Russell, a director of the Company, acquired onΒ 24 September 2012, 21,500 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 108.98p per Ordinary Share.

Following this acquisition, Mr Russell has a beneficial interest in the Company of 121,500 Ordinary shares, representing 0.12% of the issued share capital of the Company.
