On theΒ 19Β MayΒ 2008,Β GLG Partners LPΒ disclosed aΒ decrease inΒ their holding ofΒ Ordinary Shares US$0.01Β fromΒ 14.72% toΒ 9.33%.Β This resulted from theΒ saleΒ ofΒ 5,650,000Β shares onΒ 16Β MayΒ 2008. They are now the direct owner ofΒ 9,800,000Β shares.
