Minster Pharmaceuticals PLC12 May 2005 Minster Pharmaceuticals plc ("Minster" or the "Company") Issue of options to director On 11 May 2005, the board of directors of Minster, made a grant of share optionsover ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company to the following non-executivedirector: Director No. of options Exercise price Exercise period granted (p) John Russell 1,000,000 1.40 11 May 2007 - 11 May 2015 The exercise price of each option is 1.40p per ordinary share, being the closingmid-market price for the Company's ordinary shares on 11 May 2005.
