Marchpole Holdings PLC07 December 2005 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 07 December 2005 Marchpole Holdings plc ("Marchpole") Marchpole Update Marchpole Holdings plc today announces the ruling by the High Court in relationto the dispute with Ozwald Boateng and Bespoke Couture Ltd. The Court ruled on the issue surrounding the Ozwald Boateng licence and thejudgment was found in favour of Bespoke Couture. In common with the early years of most licences, the Boateng brand to date hassustained losses for Marchpole. Marchpole are discussing the implications and options of this judgment withtheir lawyers and have the right to apply for permission to appeal. Contrary totoday's statement by Bespoke Couture they have only been granted the right to aninquiry to establish whether or not there have been any damages. A further statement to shareholders will be issued in due course.
