Corrective announcement and Total voting rights

This is a corrective announcement necessitated by an administrative error, as a result of which the Company wishes to notify the following corrections to the notified issued share capital within its recent 'Transaction in Own Shares' announcements, as follows:

In conformity with Rule 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, and by way of confirmation, the Company notifies the market that as at 15 September 2022 and assuming settlement of shares purchased prior to that date pursuant to the Company's share buyback programme (announced on 16 June 2022) the Company's issued share capital comprises 54,516,714 shares of 10p each ("Shares"). All of the Shares have equal voting rights and there are no Shares held in treasury. 

This figure of 54,516,714 Shares represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
