GRANT OF SHARE OPTIONS
On 12 January 2018, in line with its policy of deferring half the executive annual bonus into nil-cost share options, the Company granted an option under the M.P. Evans Group PLC Long Term Incentive Scheme to each of Mr Tristan Price, the Chief Executive, and Mr Matthew Coulson, the Finance Director. They may subscribe, respectively, for 12,059 and 8,331 shares of 10p each in the Company at a nil cost exercise price; no additional performance criteria will attach to the deferred-bonus awards since the original bonus is performance related. These options are exercisable at any time between 12 January 2021 and 11 January 2028.
